Dennis McCafferty, MBA, COE, SSBB

Dennis is a founding member and the president of Visual Clinic, LLC. He has over 25 years of senior management experience in various healthcare and manufacturing companies. Most recently, he was the Executive Director for the Family Eye Care Center in Westford, MA (2006 to 2011). Before 2006, Dennis held senior roles in engineering, operations, sales, and marketing at General Motors, TEXTRON, General Electric, and Collins & Aikman.

Dennis has extensive training and experience in the deployment of LEAN Six Sigma methods, such as the Toyota Production System (TPS). He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional with expert knowledge and skills related to the DMAIC methodology (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control), Lean methods, and team leadership.

The common theme throughout Dennis’ career has been one of driving technology-based, continuous improvement in all facets of the business enterprise. Dennis has presented at numerous healthcare process improvement forums, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology annual meeting. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives (AAOE), American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Lowell and an executive MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

Rick Lunetta
Vice President of Technology

Rick joined Visual Clinic in 2011 as the Development Manager. In his current role as Vice President of Technology, he oversees all IT operations, new application development, and customer support.

Prior to joining Visual Clinic, Rick had more than 25 years of professional experience leading the development and implementation of advanced software applications in multiple industries, including manufacturing, insurance, health care, financial, marketing, and online businesses.

Rick has also been influential and active in the individual and organizational professional growth in the technology consulting and development sphere. He was co-founder and the driving force behind two regional consulting groups (Professional Developers User Group and New England Computer Consulting Guild).

Rick has been a recent guest speaker at Microsoft sponsored events as well as other business and industry functions.

Dwayne Baharozian, M.D.
Medical Director, Board Certified Eye Physician & Surgeon

Dr. Dwayne Baharozian is an ophthalmologist and the owner of the Family Eye Care Center in Westford, MA. He specializes in comprehensive medical and surgical eye care for patients of all ages. An early adopter of electronic health records (EHR) starting in 2001, Dr. Baharozian lectures nationally on how to use EHR and leading-edge diagnostic technology to improve patient care and operational efficiency. He is a founding member of Visual Clinic, LLC.

Dr. Baharozian graduated from the University of Michigan Undergraduate and Medical Schools. After completing his internship, he performed his ophthalmology residency at the Boston University of Medical Center. He is board-certified.


The founders of Visual Clinic have extensive experience in eye care and have experienced the pain points of practice management firsthand. We believed there had to be a better way to keep patients happy, doctors busy, and practices running efficiently. 

When we realized no one had created the “better way” yet, we decided to do it ourselves. And so, Visual Clinic was born.

Today, our team continues to optimize current processes and innovate new ones to streamline patient management and create better patient experiences.
